On September 30th 2024, the second sneak peek for 'ALTS by adidas' was released, showing the final positioning of the PFP for the first time.
In addition new facial traits, accessories and clothing was showcased.

We were thrilled to reveal the very first sneak peek of the upcoming ALTS by adidas avatar to our community. This poster was airdropped to ALTS by adidas holders on August 2nd 2024.

WHAT IS ALTS BY ADIDAS?
ALTS by adidas is adidas' pioneering blockchain-based project, serving as your access pass to a variety of exclusive benefits.
Anyone who owns an ALT will get their very own profile picture / Avatar. To be exact: 1 out of roughly 20.000 unique virtual identities. This is a virtual identity you can represent and flex to your friends across different social platforms. What one's virtual identity looks like is determined by one's interaction with the brand through a variety of different narrative chapters.
CHAPTER 2: Collect your Traits
In Chapter 2, ALTS could collect the second trait category from the mysterious Vending Machine: Facial Traits.
Rift Valley Motel Coins were introduced and every ALTS by adidas NFT holder received 3 coins to enter this second phase of the customization journey.
After 27 days the Vending Machine was closed and over 25.000 traits were collected.
CHAPTER 1: ALT[ER] EGO
8 missing keys. What happened to Indigo? Who are the other guests? Introducing ALT[er] Egos, the first trait for your ALT.
In Chapter 1, ALTS were able to claim one of the following ALT[er] Ego traits, linked to a sports or lifestyle genre.
- Strikes: Soccer
- Sprints: Running & Training
- Hoops: Basketball
- Thrills: Gaming & Action Sports
- Amps: Music & Entertainment
- Soles: Sneakerheads & Skate
- Decos: Art
- Drips: Fashion
